To complete your registration as a verified vendor on SaudiAuction Estate, please prepare and upload the following mandatory documents:
Commercial Registration (CR) – A valid and active CR for your business.
Identity Document – A copy of the passport or national ID of the authorised signatory.
Bank Verification – A recent bank statement or an official letter from your bank confirming your UAE/KSA corporate account details.
VAT Registration Certificate – Your official VAT certificate issued by the relevant tax authority.
Business Contact Details – A valid business email address and a dedicated phone number for official communication.
FAL License (Real Estate Brokerage License) – A valid FAL License issued by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) for all real estate brokerage activities.
