    –   Technical Data:   IP address, browser type, and interaction logs for platform security and regulatory record-keeping.

    – Execution of real estate auction agreements and REGA brokerage contracts.

    In compliance with REGA Real Estate Auction Regulations, records of all visual/digital auction events, participant logs, and transaction documents are securely stored for a mandatory period of at least   five (5) years   from the conclusion date of the auction.
